Tuesday, December 16…Celebrate Chanukah with Eight Days of Latkes at London Grill with a nightly changing   trio of latkes prepared by Chef Michael McNally – perfect as a complement to their menorah lighting each evening at sundown.  Expect traditional latkes with potato, onion, matzah meal and egg, plus inventive combinations that might include sweet potato, carrot-ginger, goat cheese-mushroom and more.

Friday, December 19 and Saturday, December 20…For those who prefer not to limit their holiday consumption to just one day, all three locations of Estia and Estia Taverna will host a festive holiday pig roast: for $32 per person, indulge in a whole pig, stuffed and roasted with Greek cheeses, onions and potatoes, and served with oven-roasted potatoes.

Now through New Year’s Day…During the holidays, any time is the right time for rum, especially at Cuba Libre, where their house-made Coquito (if you’ve never had it, prepare to be obsessed) is just $8.  The actual recipe is a closely guarded secret, but we’ve discerned that it entails coconut spiced rum, toasted coconut, cinnamon, vanilla, sweetened condensed milk and coconut in boozy harmony.  We crave it all on its own, but they’re also going above and beyond by pairing it with any of their signature desserts for $14.
